We are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Executive to focus on hunting new business opportunities within the retail CPG sector and drive revenue growth through strategic account development and long-term partnerships. This is a fully remote role and candidate will need to reside near the northeast territory. Responsibilities
New Business Development: Identify and prospect potential retail CPG grocery clients through industry contacts, market research, networking events, and targeted outreach; understand client needs to position SymphonyAI Retail solutions; conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and growth opportunities; build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities; collaborate with internal teams to develop customized sales strategies and presentations. Consultative Selling: Conduct engagements with retail CPG prospects, engaging stakeholders at various levels (including C-suite, IT, and business decision-makers); perform needs assessments and solution demonstrations; present tailored solutions emphasizing ROI and long-term value; build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers as a trusted advisor through digital transformation. Sales Cycle Management: Lead end-to-end sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure; develop compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts with clear solution, pricing, and terms; coordinate with solution architects, product managers, and implementation teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation; provide accurate sales forecasts and progress reports; stay updated on industry trends and adjust strategies as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in retail technology or CPG, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets (e.g., $3M+) Deep knowledge of the retail CPG sector, including trends, challenges, and opportunities Strong understanding of AI-driven solutions and their applications in retail CPG Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships and partnerships Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented; able to work independently and in a team Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client pain points and propose effective solutions Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events About Us
