Job Overview
The Senior Sales Executive – Government & Community-Based Services is a quota-carrying role focused on new business development in state government and community-based markets .
You will own the full sales cycle for Collabrios’ Aging and Government solutions, engaging leaders across state agencies, aging networks, and CBOs. This role requires expertise in government funding structures, the ability to influence multiple stakeholders, and a proven record of success in navigating long and complex procurement cycles.
Requirements
Government & CBO Sales Ownership Drive adoption of Collabrios’ technology solutions with state agencies, adult protective services, local area agencies on aging, and community-based organizations. New Business Development Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities across government and CBO markets to expand Collabrios’ footprint. Procurement & RFP Leadership Lead RFP responses and procurement processes, tailoring proposals to align with government funding priorities and compliance standards. Consultative Solution Selling Position Collabrios as the trusted partner for aging and government programs by articulating operational, compliance, and financial value. Competitive Positioning Differentiate Collabrios’ platform from legacy systems and niche vendors, emphasizing compliance readiness, integrated functionality, and proven outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement Build trusted relationships with executives, program directors, and policy leaders to influence decision-making. Proposal & Contract Management Own proposal creation and contract negotiations to efficiently close deals with measurable outcomes. Forecasting & Reporting Manage pipeline and forecast in Salesforce, delivering visibility into government and CBO market opportunities. Industry Presence Represent Collabrios at Aging and government-focused conferences, policy forums, and industry events to drive brand visibility and thought leadership.
Requirements
What You Bring
7+ years of success in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or government software sales. Experience selling into state agencies, aging services, Medicaid programs, or community-based organizations required. Track record of exceeding quota in long-cycle, competitive, and RFP-driven environments. Strong understanding of government procurement processes, compliance requirements, and funding models. Skilled in strategic, consultative selling with ability to engage executives, policy leaders, and operational stakeholders. Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events. BS/BA degree preferred.

What You Bring
7+ years of success in B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or government software sales. Experience selling into state agencies, aging services, Medicaid programs, or community-based organizations required. Track record of exceeding quota in long-cycle, competitive, and RFP-driven environments. Strong understanding of government procurement processes, compliance requirements, and funding models. Skilled in strategic, consultative selling with ability to engage executives, policy leaders, and operational stakeholders.
