First year potential total compensation is $130,000.

Base salary ranges from $40K to $47K depending on experience.

First-year on-track earnings, including base, commission, bonus, and expense allowance, are approximately $130,000, assuming 100% achievement of targets.

Manufacturer incentive programs typically add an average of $4,000 to $10,000 in earnings.

As the Senior Outside Sales Account Executive on our Enterprise Accounts Team, you will be responsible for providing creative, real-world solutions for our clients' print management needs in the Eagan, MN market.

Your role involves selling a full range of office solutions including high-speed digital copiers/printers, full-color copiers/printers, software (such as Document Capture, Document Management Services, Document Delivery, and Digital Signage), and other non-Toshiba products within a complex territory, supporting gender-inclusive workplaces.

You will also have the opportunity to make a societal impact by helping businesses save costs, protect their documents, and reduce their carbon footprint.

What You'll Be Doing

Driving B2B sales revenue and increasing market share by managing a defined territory and developing relationships with diverse clients.

Achieving your B2B sales quota through lead generation and relationship building.

Presenting and selling digital office equipment and software solutions, including multi-functional products, acting as an ambassador for the company.

Generating new business through prospecting and conversion efforts.

Adopting a culture of sales excellence with established processes, pipeline management, and focus on KPIs.

Partnering with clients to understand their goals and needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Aligning products and services with identified business opportunities.

Developing strong client relationships and delivering exceptional client care.

Conducting product presentations and demonstrations.

Managing sales terms, reporting, and training activities.

Creating and executing a prospecting plan to identify new business opportunities.

Maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends affecting office equipment and digital technology markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in B2B sales.

At least 2 years of outside or inside sales experience in a B2B environment or relevant entrepreneurial experience.

Valid driver's license.
