The Salesforce Associate supports the management and optimization of our Salesforce platform, ensuring data accuracy and enhancing CRM processes. This role involves collaborating with teams, maintaining data integrity, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment. What You’ll Do Maintain Data Accuracy and Processes: Review and clean up data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the Salesforce platform. Assist with data import, export, and transformation processes while maintaining data hygiene as a service standard. Perform Data Deduplication: Identify and merge duplicate records to maintain a clean database. Provide End-User Support: Address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and assist with user adoption of Salesforce features. Develop Training Materials: Create and participate in training sessions to onboard new users and enhance their understanding of Salesforce. Generate Reports and Dashboards: Produce standard and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate on Reporting Requirements: Work with team members to understand reporting needs and implement solutions. Identify Process Inefficiencies: Propose solutions to enhance the effectiveness of Salesforce use. Implement Automation and Customization: Work with senior team members to refine workflows through automation and customization. Support Minor Enhancements: Collaborate with administrators and developers on minor enhancements and customization projects. Conduct Data Analysis: Perform routine data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure Data Quality: Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency across modules. Document Processes: Maintain concise documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices related to Salesforce usage. Record Changes: Document any changes made to configurations, workflows, or processes for future reference. What You’ll Bring Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Experience: 1+ year of experience as a Salesforce Associate. Salesforce Knowledge: Familiarity with the Salesforce CRM platform; Salesforce certification is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform data analysis and identify trends. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and provide end-user support. Technical Proficiency: Ability to configure Salesforce and implement minor enhancements. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
