Your Future Team The Product Management and Enablement team drives the vision, strategy, and success of our products from concept to adoption. This team collaborates across departments to define product requirements, prioritize development efforts, and ensure alignment with business goals. In addition, they empower internal teams and advisor practices through product training, resources, and go-to-market enablement to ensure effective use and understanding of our solutions. Together, they bring strategy and execution to create scalable products that serve both client and advisors’ needs.

What You’ll Do As a relationship manager, facilitator, and mediator, the Business Process Analyst drives operational efficiency and platform optimization across advisor teams. This role focuses on improving how teams use existing tools, collaborating with product owners to enhance technology solutions, and supporting the successful adoption of new processes.

Platform Optimization & Process Improvement Analyze advisor workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or simplification. Optimize existing platforms through process redesign, configuration updates, and standardized best practices that improve consistency and efficiency across teams.

Collaboration with Product & Technology Teams Work with product owners and technical teams to enhance CRM and related systems. Translate advisor feedback into platform improvements, support testing and validation, and help maintain data integrity and smooth system integration.

Advisor Enablement & Change Management Partner with advisor teams to ensure processes align with business goals and client needs. Lead the rollout of new tools and workflows, providing training, documentation, and support to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Performance Measurement & Reporting Monitor key metrics to assess the impact of implemented changes and conduct audits to maintain efficiency and compliance. Share insights and recommendations with leadership to inform strategic decisions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with teams across Operations, Technology, Compliance, and Product to ensure coordinated project execution and alignment with organizational objectives. Act as a liaison between advisor teams and internal partners to foster transparency and accountability.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's degree in a related field

3+ years' experience preferably within the financial services or wealth management sector

Strong analytical mindset with experience in process mapping, workflow analysis, or systems optimization.

Proven ability to translate business needs into technical or procedural solutions.

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms) and process documentation tools.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on business needs

Base salary of up to $100,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
