The Senior Sales Manager - Resort Division is responsible for achieving assigned goals related to the performance of resort accounts within specific market segments. They will prospect and close on designated accounts/territories to positively impact resort revenues. The incumbent collaborates with the Managing Director to meet revenue and market share targets for one or more properties. The focus of sales may vary depending on the assigned resort property. Management-level associates are expected to work as many hours as necessary to fulfill their responsibilities; overtime applies to OEM associates and is calculated accordingly. Responsibilities

Qualifications: Associate's degree with at least 10 years of hotel sales experience. Deep knowledge of hotel operations, industry contacts, and meeting planner relationships. Proficient in Delphi contract writing and strong negotiation skills. Knowledge of tours, transportation, and themes relevant to destination resorts. Valid driver’s license for the applicable state. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for negotiations and influencing managerial personnel, guests, and clients. Experience with professional selling techniques: opening, probing, supporting, closing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate strong organizational and presentation skills. Responsibilities: Achieve sales and revenue goals, including solicitation call targets, and mentor others to do the same. Conduct solicitation calls, sales tours, and entertain clients related to Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and/or Groups. Develop and grow relationships with existing accounts in relevant segments. Monitor market trends within the assigned segment. Maintain a courteous, attentive, and service-oriented approach in all guest and employee interactions. Adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality’s regulations, standards, and sales metrics. Gain comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations and policies. Maintain visibility in the local community and industry organizations. Assist in implementing or participating in promotional activities, such as sales blitzes. Attend meetings and other functions as required by management. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Managing Director or resort leadership. Property Details
