Account Executive - In-Territory (Denver, CO) Justworks is seeking an Account Executive in-territory for the Denver area. This role covers the full sales cycle and focuses on building and managing a sales pipeline, market research, prospecting, and closing deals while acting as a trusted advisor to customers. Who We Are

Manage own book of business, build and manage an end-to-end sales pipeline from prospecting to close; meet or exceed quotas Establish a presence in the Denver territory; research the local market, develop a marketing and networking plan, and build relationships with the small business community Proactively prospect for new business using market research and sales tools Communicate Justworks value proposition effectively to potential customers Represent customer needs internally; suggest ideas to generate sales, cultivate leads, and advocate for product development Be an ambassador of Justworks and its solutions; gain comprehensive knowledge of our product suite Travel within the territory (Denver and Greater Denver area) Perform other duties as needed based on department and organizational needs How You Will Do Your Work

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Account Executive role and 1 year managing a complete, consultative sales cycle Lead generation for B2B in a high-velocity setting (SaaS, PEO, Fintech); experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo; experience with Outreach.io and/or HubSpot, plus 6Sense and/or Hoovers/D&B is a plus Cold-calling experience required; hunter mentality focused on acquiring new logos and delivering results Passionate about sales with a relationship-focused approach Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to listen and extract key information during calls/meetings Ability to simplify complex topics and explain them clearly Creative problem solving in a fast-paced environment Enjoy entrepreneurial environments and building something meaningful Travel within the territory (approximately 25%) for networking events, trade shows, and client meetings Compensation
This position is paid with a base salary plus incentive compensation. Base wage is targeted at $83,700 in the Denver office, with On-Target Earnings of approximately $163,700. Final offers may vary. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed and depends on the applicable plan terms. Actual compensation is based on factors including skill set, experience, and location.
