Set Clear Direction – work with the store manager to establish and communicate a clear vision; champion company goals and motivate the team. Drive the Business – support sales and profitability by identifying opportunities and acting quickly to address them; analyze sales trends and share insights with team members. Lead with Passion – motivate the team; foster open communication; embrace new ideas and maintain a can‑do attitude. Influence and Inspire – contribute to a positive, enthusiastic working culture and lead by example. Requirements 1 to 2 years of retail leadership experience Self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills Ability to use a computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred Must be able to work weekends 18 years of age with High School Diploma or equivalent GED (preferred) Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk for scheduled shifts Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required Salary Range From: $21.90 To: $24.30 To learn more about the position, follow us on social media: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, Periscope.
