We are seeking a Regional Account Executive to drive growth in the Higher Education, Healthcare sectors and restaurant chains. The role involves identifying high-value prospects, managing relationships, and overseeing the full sales process from lead generation to installation and launch, with a focus on Botrista Pro machine placement at campuses, healthcare locations, and restaurant chains. Responsibilities
Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve targets, focusing on Higher Education, Healthcare, and restaurant chains Drive new business by identifying high-traffic locations on campuses, healthcare facilities, and restaurants; connect with key decision-makers (e.g., Food Service Directors, Directors of Retail) and qualify sites for Botrista Pro placement Coordinate with Commercial Planning Team to ensure timely visits and coverage of routes and accounts Monitor quarterly KPIs: number of installs, site qualifications (ICP), post-launch account health, churn reduction, product usage, and customer satisfaction Manage installation and launch processes from dates to training at new locations; collaborate with Account Managers and Operations/Finance to hand over accounts post-launch Account and Relationship Management: Act as the primary sales contact within Higher Education, Healthcare, and restaurant verticals Secure installation dates and coordinate with operations for smooth Botrista Pro deployments Nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and ensure strong post-sale engagement Own pilots in new verticals and expand Botrista presence with existing partners; maintain senior relationships and report impact Maintain ongoing communication with directors/owners/operators for a positive sales and installation experience Leverage relationships for referrals and upsell opportunities; manage pricing reviews, returns, payback period, monthly invoices, and profitability reports Team Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with Sales/Operations Engineers, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and sustain client retention Maintain accurate records of sales activities in Salesforce Provide regular updates to Director of Regional Management on performance, pipeline, and market trends Use data insights to refine sales approaches and achieve KPIs Market and Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in Botrista product offerings and provide strategic feedback to internal teams to align solutions with customer needs Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the Food Service industry Proven track record of new business development and meeting/exceeding sales targets Experience identifying potential sites and working with decision-makers in universities or healthcare environments Experience in franchise operations, business modeling, and franchise sales strategies Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a cross-functional team Willingness to travel up to 85% within the designated region Must be comfortable visiting assigned routes as directed by the Commercial Planning Team Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations Note: Travel-related requirements are subject to change based on business needs Skills and Competencies: Sales-driven mindset, ability to qualify sites for Botrista Pro placements, strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making Proven success in securing deals and overseeing implementation processes, excellent problem-solving abilities Benefits
