The

Admissions Sales Development Representative (Admissions Coordinator)

excels at consulting with customers on their college admissions journey. People who thrive in this role are able to build a strong connection with parents and students while being goal-oriented and focused on achieving performance targets. The primary goal of this role is to schedule families for a full consultation.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a helpful guide at the start of a student/parent's journey, offering value and resources. Connect with families through 70-100 minimum inbound/outbound calls daily to guide them through the early steps of the admissions process and introduce available support services. Assess whether prospective families are qualified for deeper engagement and schedule demo calls with Admissions Specialists. Provide feedback to the Marketing team on lead quality. Manage leads in a CRM platform (Salesforce) and collaborate with Operations to improve tools and systems.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher Outgoing personality with strong energy and excellent phone presence Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed Comfortable using technology such as Salesforce and Zoom
