The mission of the Dynamics 365 Solution Sales Specialist is to help customers digitally transform their businesses to drive new sources of revenue, create new and engaging ways to serve their customers, and to transform the way in which their business runs to drive new levels of profitability for their organization. The Dynamics 365 Solution Sales Specialist discovers, owns, and closes opportunities utilizing advanced solution-selling skills to drive digital transformation business outcomes for our customers in the enterprise customer segment. Responsibilities
Identify and close opportunities using advanced solution-selling skills to drive digital transformation and business outcomes for enterprise customers. Develop pricing proposals, negotiate terms, and manage contract processes. Engage with both technical and business stakeholders to build trust and mutual respect. Collaborate to create and maintain sales playbooks and sales pipeline; achieve targets. Travel to meet with clients as required. Qualifications
5+ years of SaaS sales experience. Experience selling to technical and business audiences; ability to translate complex contractual, technical, and financial details into clear value. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; creative and proactive thinking. Willingness to travel to meet clients. Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary (Draw) W2; Commissioned: from 1-3% on lifetime support; Bonus on Managed Services; additional cash bonus. Product Selling Training Provided: Dynamics 365 – CRM; Dynamics 365 – Business Central; Microsoft 365; ISV Solutions (Offers). Neural Impact Sales Optimization Training: Differentiation & Engagement; Effective Discovery & CIO Engagement; Project Impact & Objection Handling. Location: Baltimore, MD area. Employment type: Full-time; Seniority level: Mid-Senior level.
