Position Title Scaffolding Sales & Estimation
Compensation Competitive salary DOE + bonus

Summary Equipment and Scaffold Company is scaling rapidly and needs dynamic Technical Scaffolding Sales & Estimation professionals to grow their business. The role involves generating profitable business from the equipment range the branch specializes in.
Responsibilities
Maintain positive customer relations
Develop assigned territory to maximize rentals, sales, and reputation
Design and estimate profitable, safe, and competitive scaffold projects
Communicate with branch manager, customer service, and E&D managers regarding equipment availability, pricing, and safety
Maintain sales logs and call reports
Complete E&D documentation and expense reports
Maintain professional communication, conduct, and appearance
Some travel may be required
Qualifications
2 years of sales/rental/scaffold industry experience plus 2-3 years of estimation
Ability to recognize hazards and opportunities, solve problems, analyze data, and ensure customer satisfaction
Prompt response to inquiries or feedback
Ability to read blueprints, legal documents, and analyze job costing reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Experience with Scaffold Designer is a plus
Ability to work indoors and outdoors, with seasonal and environmental variations
