Our client is a venture-backed InsurTech delivering AI-driven underwriting software to P&C carriers and MGAs. Following a recent funding round led by top-tier investors, the company is scaling rapidly and expanding enterprise go-to-market across Tier 1–3 carriers. The platform blends proprietary models with seamless integrations to core systems, helping underwriting teams price more precisely, move faster, and reduce loss/expense ratios. About the Role

Own new-logo acquisition and expansion within named enterprise accounts. You’ll run complex, multi-stakeholder cycles (underwriting leadership, data/IT, actuarial, procurement/InfoSec), shape value cases, and convert pilots into multi-year deals. As the team scales, there’s a clear path to grow into Strategic Accounts or Sales Leadership based on performance. Responsibilities

Build and execute account plans for Tier 1–3 carriers/MGAs; drive pipeline via outbound, marketing, and partners Lead full-cycle enterprise sales: discovery, value engineering, pilot design, InfoSec/procurement, and commercial negotiation Collaborate with Solutions, Product, and Customer Success to prove time-to-value and land-and-expand across lines and geographies Maintain rigorous forecast hygiene (e.g., MEDDICC/MAPs), with accurate stage control and executive readouts Represent the voice of the customer back to Product on integrations, data requirements, and packaging Requirements

5+ years closing complex enterprise software deals into insurers (carriers and/or MGAs) Track record selling data/analytics, AI/ML, or underwriting/decisioning software with core-system integrations (Guidewire, Duck Creek, Socotra, data lakes) Comfort navigating security, legal, and procurement at large insurers; strong executive communication and value storytelling Process discipline (forecast accuracy, MAPs, multithreading) and a collaborative, low-ego style Nice to Have

Experience with pricing/packaging for usage- or module-based enterprise SaaS Established relationships with SIs/GSIs and ecosystem partners to accelerate cycles and ASP Exposure to multiple commercial/specialty lines (e.g., WC, GL, Auto, Property, Cyber) Category tailwinds and fresh capital to execute Modern, high-impact product with clear underwriting ROI and rapid time-to-value Real career development: progression to Strategic Accounts or Sales Leadership as the team grows Competitive compensation (base + uncapped variable + equity) and benefits
