Sound like your cup of tea? We\'re hiring a New York-based Account Executive to be our 10x sales machine in the US — a full-cycle seller who closes enterprise deals with commercial real estate companies across North America. You will test, learn, and iterate quickly in a fast-evolving B2B SaaS environment.
About You We are looking for a results-driven, full-cycle sales professional who is obsessed with bringing our AI platform to enterprise commercial real estate clients. You should have a track record of closing high-ACV deals, testing and adapting strategies rapidly, and exceeding targets in an early-stage company.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will own the US sales motion, collaborate with the commercial team, and drive aggressive growth goals. You will focus on maximizing efficiency and redefining what is possible for a single sales representative.
You are cross-functional, capable of working with Solutions and Engineering teams to inform product evolution, and adept at leading complex proofs-of-concept that demonstrate ROI. You should be comfortable with travel and have a deep understanding of the commercial real estate sector.
Responsibilities
Own and smash aggressive individual revenue targets, building toward $1M+ in personal ARR
Execute our enterprise sales strategy, focusing on six- and seven-figure deals with major US real estate companies
Develop hyper-efficient sales processes that maximize your individual output and impact
Establish Fifth Dimension as the category leader in AI-powered real estate technology across the US
Identify and penetrate key market segments, from large property management companies to global real estate investment firms
Test and iterate US-specific messaging at lightning speed, constantly optimizing your approach
Design and implement world-class personal sales methodologies and processes that maximize performance
Establish personal metrics and tracking systems that demonstrate 10x rep performance
Create replicable processes and playbooks for future team scaling
Partner with Solutions and Engineering teams to ensure the product evolves based on customer feedback
Lead complex proofs of concept and develop case studies for marketing materials
Contribute to pricing strategy, GTM approach, and product roadmap in collaboration with the commercial team
What we\'re looking for You have been a top-performing full-cycle Account Executive at a B2B SaaS company, ideally selling to commercial real estate, with a proven track record of exceeding targets. You are adept at efficient selling and rapid iteration, and you have consistently been the top performer where you\'ve worked.
Must Have
Proven top-performing full-cycle Account Executive at early-stage to growth-stage B2B SaaS companies, with quota achievement of 150%+
Enterprise sales experience closing six- and seven-figure deals as an individual contributor
Curious mindset for reinventing processes and experimentation
Rapid iteration skills to test, learn, and adapt weekly
Strategic thinker with flawless execution; capable of closing large deals independently
Technical product expertise selling complex AI/ML, deeptech, fintech or similar
Willing to travel extensively (25%+), including some travel to London
Deep understanding of commercial real estate with direct or substantial experience selling to the industry
Ability to articulate how AI will change the world and convey complex value propositions
Based in or near New York with established professional networks and in-person deal execution capability

Real estate industry experience or deep US property sector connections
Venture-backed startup experience across rounds

Advanced CRM and sales automation expertise (HubSpot)

$130K - $150K base salary + uncapped commission targeting $250K+ OTE
