We’re looking for a passionate Immigration Litigation Attorney to join our Seattle-based removal defense team. You will represent clients before the EOIR, BIA, and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeals, drafting persuasive briefs and litigating complex cases for individuals seeking safety, justice, and opportunity in the U.S. This role is ideal for a newly licensed attorney or an experienced advocate ready to sharpen their trial skills in a high-volume, mission-driven practice. Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in removal proceedings before EOIR, focusing on asylum, withholding, CAT, and related relief. Draft compelling briefs, motions, and appellate filings for the BIA and Federal Circuit Courts. Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop innovative case strategies. Supervise and direct assigned paralegals in furtherance of litigation goals. Prepare clients for hearings and cross-examination, identifying strengths and mitigating weaknesses. Review, refine, and finalize evidentiary submissions. Provide coverage for colleagues in hearings and interviews as needed. Stay current on immigration law and policy changes, and adjust strategies accordingly. Qualifications

At least 1 year of immigration law experience (including law school clinic or internship work in immigration). Licensed to practice law in any U.S. state. Spanish conversational proficiency (immersion program available if needed). Exceptional oral advocacy, legal writing, and client communication skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to civil rights and immigrant justice.
