Actively pursue new client prospects through outreach strategies such as telemarketing, networking, and personal referrals. Sell and renew group health insurance products (Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.) to provide tailored solutions for clients. Manage onsite enrollment meetings, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and fostering long-term relationships. Collaborate with account management teams to drive cross-selling across our insurance offerings. Participate in professional development to stay current with industry trends. Licenses
A Life & Health License is required. Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3-4+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in PEO, HRIS, Payroll, Employee Benefits, or related industry. Strong financial acumen and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Pay Range
$85,000 - $100,000 Annual Teammate Benefits & Total Well-Being
