Litigation Associate Attorney (General Liability) in New Jersey. The primary focus will be on general liability matters, with the opportunity to gain experience in specialized areas such as maritime law. Competitive base salary range: $115,000.00–$155,000.00 per year. Job Duties & Responsibilities

Handle a variety of general liability cases independently, from initial pleadings through resolution. Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and other court-related proceedings. Draft pleadings, discovery demands and responses, motions, and appellate briefs. Provide timely case updates and practical recommendations to clients throughout the litigation process. Collaborate with colleagues on strategy and contribute to firm-wide practice development initiatives. Job Qualifications

JD from an accredited U.S. law school. Admission to practice in New Jersey (active and in good standing). Minimum of 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on general liability. Strong advocacy skills, including motion practice, oral argument, and deposition experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build client confidence. Why join us & Benefits
