Infor . We are seeking a strategic and data-driven HR professional to lead the design, implementation, and evolution of our employee survey and engagement strategy. This role will shape how we listen to our people, gather meaningful insights, and translate feedback into initiatives that enhance employee engagement and experience across the organization. This is a senior individual contributor role with high visibility and impact, working cross-functionally with HR, business leaders, and analytics teams to ensure listening programs and engagement strategies are aligned with business and people priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive employee listening strategy, including annual engagement surveys, pulse checks, lifecycle feedback, and ad hoc listening tools.

Design surveys that are valid, reliable, and unbiased, ensuring questions measure engagement, motivation, and satisfaction clearly.

Analyze survey data to identify trends and generate actionable insights that inform HR and business strategies.

Translate insights into targeted employee engagement initiatives, partnering with HR leadership to design, propose, and implement actions that improve employee experience.

Review and assess the effectiveness of existing engagement programs, identifying opportunities to enhance or evolve them based on survey insights and business needs.

Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Communications, and senior leaders to ensure survey results and engagement strategies are understood and acted upon across the organization.

Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of survey tools and engagement initiatives, refining the approach based on feedback, evolving business needs, and external best practices.

Ensure all employee feedback is handled ethically and in compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance standards.

Qualifications

Experience in employee engagement, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or organizational development.

Experience in survey design, data interpretation, and storytelling with insights.

Experience with survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Glint, Culture Amp) and analytics tools.

Expertise in employee engagement, organizational culture, and change management.

Experience translating insights into initiatives that support organizational transformation and drive measurable improvements.
