Responsibilities
Managing the CEO’s calendar and resolving conflicts when priorities compete Coordinating travel and logistics, both domestic and international Preparing meeting materials and making sure follow-ups don’t fall through the cracks Acting as a first point of contact for people reaching out to the CEO Handling sensitive information with care and discretion Working with the Office of the CEO team to keep operations running smoothly Being available outside standard business hours for urgent matters Traveling a few times a year to Puerto Rico, NYC, and Berkeley Requirements
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C-suite preferred) Professional fluency in both Spanish and English Willingness and ability to travel quarterly to twice a year Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in finance, investment, or technology (preferred) Familiarity with Puerto Rico business norms (preferred) Prior experience working in a remote or hybrid team (preferred) The base salary range for this position is $90,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, 20 days of paid time off, 9 sick days, and a 401(k) plan with a company match. Friends of Voleon
