This role is a highly visible position where you’ll work closely with the Office of the CEO team and will often be the first point of contact for people inside and outside the firm. As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll be the person who keeps his day running smoothly, manage his calendar, help him prepare for meetings, coordinate travel, and ensure his time is spent on the things that matter most. Responsibilities
Managing the CEO’s calendar and resolving conflicts when priorities compete Coordinating travel and logistics, both domestic and international Preparing meeting materials and ensuring follow-ups are tracked Acting as a first point of contact for people reaching out to the CEO Handling sensitive information with care and discretion Working with the Office of the CEO team to keep operations running smoothly Being available outside standard business hours for urgent matters Traveling a few times a year to Puerto Rico, NYC, and Berkeley Requirements
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C-suite preferred) Professional fluency in both Spanish and English Willingness and ability to travel quarterly to twice a year Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a CEO or senior executive in finance, investment, or technology (preferred) Familiarity with Puerto Rico business norms (preferred) Prior experience working in a remote or hybrid team (preferred) Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $90,000. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus and other benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, dental and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, 20 days of paid time off, 9 sick days, and a 401(k) plan with a company match. Equal Opportunity Employer
