Overview

Position Purpose: The Manager of HR and Workforce Management (WFM) Systems primarily manages the day-to-day activities of 3-5 analysts on our HR systems support team. They have 3 main focus areas: 1) Team Engagement, Support and Development 2) Manage daily operations for the modules within their portfolio 3) Lead or support process improvement initiatives. The manager will provide development and hands on support to ensure success for their associates. The person in this role also contributes individually as a SME and champion for UKG Pro WFM and/or Workday best practices. Additionally, they partner with Product, IT, and HR Support Center teams to understand pain points, identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiencies. They work to ensure Human Resources and other business initiatives are fully supported with the appropriate plans, processes, communications, and change management. Key Responsibilities

10% Compliance - Stays knowledgeable of and ensures adherence to all relevant policies, laws, regulations, and operating guidelines

15% Design & Development - Proactively design and develop processes, tools, and reports to support innovation and improve efficiency in HR

30% Problem Resolution - Ensures complete implementation of solutions including communications and change management activities; Proposes solutions that offer efficiency, excellent customer service, innovation, and sustainability; Communicates issues as they arise or partners with stakeholders to define the problem; Conducts analyses to identify trends and provide actionable insights

30% Project Management - Apply project management methodologies to involve stakeholders and offer timely communication of project status; Support HR initiatives through project planning and timely delivery with a focus on associate experience, gaining operational efficiency, and ensuring long-term sustainability; Provide end to end support that includes communications; change management; end user training and support; and plans for ongoing sustainability

15% Supports Team Development - Supports hiring and onboarding new team members, as needed; Coaches, mentors and evaluates team member performance; Develops successful team culture; Manages the responsibilities of the team

Direct Manager/Direct Reports

This position typically reports to Sr Manager of HR Operations

This position has 3-5 Direct Reports

Travel Requirements

Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Physical Requirements

Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Working Conditions

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Minimum Qualifications

Must be eighteen years of age or older.

Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

3-5 years of experience configuring, implementing or supporting backend tasks in UKG Pro Workforce Management

3-5 years of experience configuring, implementing or supporting backend tasks in Workday

3-5 years of experience in HR systems and tools

2+ years of previous leadership experience and strong ability to manage, lead and develop a team of people building a results-driven team

Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to convey complex or technical ideas and processes in easy-to-understand terms to diverse audiences

Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers

Minimum Education

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor\'s degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
