What You’ll Do

Process bi-weekly (hourly) and semi-monthly (salary) payroll accurately and on time Manage expense report approvals and reimbursements Maintain compliant payroll and employee records within the HRIS Administer timekeeping systems, resolve payroll discrepancies Support recruiting efforts (job postings, resume review, interview scheduling) Lead onboarding/offboarding including orientation, benefits enrollment, and exit procedures Assist with benefits programs (health, 401k, leave management, etc.) Partner with HR leadership on engagement, performance, training, and compliance initiatives Manage state tax accounts and compliance procedures Respond to employee questions with discretion and care What We’re Looking For

2+ years of payroll and/or HR experience required Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred Experience with ADP payroll, Benefits Administration systems, and HRIS tools Knowledge of federal and state employment/payroll laws Exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and confidentiality Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Customer-focused and solutions-oriented Nice to Have
