Full-Time Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary HR leader for the region, supporting and guiding multi-site operations Lead and execute HR initiatives across talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, training, and workforce planning Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure HR strategies support business objectives and drive organizational success Ensure consistent interpretation and implementation of HR policies, legal standards, and best practices Provide coaching and HR support to site managers and frontline supervisors to strengthen leadership capabilities Maintain a strong field presence through regular travel, ensuring employee engagement and responsive HR support Qualifications
8+ years of progressive HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a regional or multi-site leadership capacity Background in construction, traffic control, industrial services, or other field-based operational environments Comprehensive HR generalist expertise, with solid knowledge of employment law, benefits, compliance, and employee relations Strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and travel regularly across the region Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish HR certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
