Role Description We are seeking a firm – fun HR Business Partner for our team in Ft Worth, TX! This role is essential in managing the human capital of our organization, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and will play a key role in taking part of our "work hard and play hard" workplace culture. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits management. Required for all candidates being considered : PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SCP Qualifications

5+ years of HR Generalist background (never a dull moment type of HR Life) including Investigation Writeups, Onboarding/Offboarding, Reporting, Benchmarking, etc. Communication skills to pay the bills – must be able to manage relationships at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law; specifically Texas law. Knee‑deep Paycom knowledge (HRIS) Onsite in Fort Worth, TX, 8‑5 or 9‑6 Monday thru Friday. Microsoft Office Wizardry – ability to perform HR magic in Excel. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. SHRM‑CP or PHR certification is a requirement.
