North Central Health Care . The Solutions Analyst is responsible for supporting all phases of end-user software and adjacent technology implementation, training, and support in a healthcare setting. This role analyzes and consults on workflows, delivers meaningful reporting, develops instructional materials, facilitates training, and serves as a liaison between end users, leadership, and vendors/partners. The position troubleshoots, tracks, and formulates solutions to technical and operational issues while ensuring technology tools meet organizational and regulatory requirements. Compensation and Benefits

The starting pay range for this role is $74,776 - $81,411 based on education and experience. This is a full-time, in-person role at our Wausau location. PTO, paid holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, accident insurance, hospital insurance, cafeteria, bistro restaurant, pharmacy, employee assistance program, and more. As a full-time employee of NCHC, you would be eligible for the Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS). The WRS is a hybrid defined benefit plan. It contains elements of both a 401(k) or defined contribution plan and a defined benefit plan. Participating staff contribute 6.95% and NCHC will match this at 100% each pay period. What Qualifies You

Required: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information systems, communications, business administration, education, or related field. Three or more years of experience in training, healthcare, software, teaching, or customer service. Experience with end-user hardware and software support. At least 1 year of experience delivering training to adult learners. Proven involvement in project implementations, training, and support. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Valid WI driver's license and use of personal vehicle. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Consultation experience with end users, leadership, and vendors/partners in problem solving and improving workflows. Experience leading/managing small projects, teams, or application areas. Knowledge of healthcare systems and adjacent technologies. Experience in technical writing and instructional design. Experience transforming data from multiple systems into meaningful insights. What a Solutions Analyst Does at NCHC

Serve as primary technical contact for CCITC Helpdesk and end user clinical application/organization-specific application support needs. Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve technical and operational issues. Act as liaison between end users/leaders and vendors/partners. Conduct needs analysis, curriculum development, and instructional design. Develop professional training materials, documentation, and user guides. Facilitate in-person and virtual training for end users and leaders. Mentor and support new team members through onboarding and coaching. Leverage reporting tools to extract, validate, and deliver meaningful data. Provide statistical reports and audit support for organizational and regulatory needs. Translate raw data into actionable insights for leaders and stakeholders. Participate in all phases of project implementations, from requirements gathering and workflow analysis to testing, training, and rollout. Support contract review, data collection, workflow design, and system integration. Ensure successful adoption of new systems, adjacent technologies, and process improvements. Test and validate technology solutions to ensure alignment with business and end-user needs. Gather and communicate feedback for system enhancements. Communicate upcoming changes and impacts to stakeholders. Maintain regular on-site attendance and availability outside normal business hours as needed. Support compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive vendor/partner relationships.
