Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to demonstrate recruitment best practices and lead innovative recruitment initiatives. Demonstrate recruitment best practices and lead recruitment initiatives. Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to develop effective marketplace recruitment strategies. Screen talent pools to confirm qualifications including experience, knowledge, attributes, interest, job fit, total reward requirements, and work authorization. Create searches for qualified candidates to maintain a talent pipeline. Identify target industries, companies, user groups, professional associations, or educational institutions to proactively source qualified candidates. Prepare and implement strategies using multiple techniques including online databases, employee referrals, internal databases, and associate networks. Partner with other Talent Acquisition team members to coordinate strategies and activities to create efficiencies and collaborate on marketplace talent opportunities. Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts. Provide insights and recommendations for future Talent Acquisition needs. Provide reporting on key sourcing and recruiting metrics by analyzing and summarizing data and trends for continuous improvement. Essential Skills
Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities. Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, and training. Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience recruiting for exempt positions. Experience sourcing candidates for Digital (Engineering/IT) roles. Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent training required. 5-7 years of customer service-related experience required. Work Environment
This role typically operates from 8 am to 5 pm, with potential for remote work if all essential and additional skills are met. The work environment is flexible, supporting a balance between collaboration and independent work. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position that is remote. Work location note: Fully onsite in Eagan, MN is possible per role requirements. Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is
$37.00 - $43.00/hr . Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
