Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to support an increase in summer hiring for Field Ops and Customer Experience roles. This position, initially intended for 1-2 months, has the potential to extend further. The role focuses on sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring both entry-level and professional level candidates.

Responsibilities

Source, attract, interview, and hire for entry-level and professional roles. Collaborate with the Customer Experience team and HR Business Partners on staffing plans and workforce forecasting. Participate in career/job fairs and community events. Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand hiring goals and objectives for internal and external candidates. Continuously learn to stay current with recruiting trends, compliance, and policies (EEO & OFCCP). Initiate and execute creative sourcing techniques through internet platforms and community/professional-based organizations. Support diversity recruiting efforts and workforce development programs and initiatives. Manage all candidate activity through an applicant tracking system (ATS). Ensure adherence to all legal compliance requirements in recruiting and hiring processes. Support 20-25 active positions at any given time.

Essential Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a business-related field. 1-3 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or staffing service environment. Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably SuccessFactors). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

CIR or PHR Certification is a plus. Experience in both hands-on roles and corporate positions. High degree of integrity and professionalism. Ability to organize and prioritize work with attention to detail. Effective communication skills across all organizational levels. Strong initiative and ability to work independently. Flexibility and eagerness to adapt to change.

Work Environment

This role operates in a shared, open-office environment with hybrid work hours (3 days in the office and 2 days remote). Wednesday is a required day for in-office team collaboration. Core business hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The dress code is business casual, with jeans permitted. You will have access to a gated garage downtown, with parking costs covered.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65/hr.
