Complex Trial Attorney
with 6+ years of experience handling high-stakes, white glove trials. This is a full-time, permanent position for a litigator who thrives in the courtroom and has a proven track record of success in complex civil or commercial cases. Key Responsibilities Lead all phases of complex trial litigation, from case inception through verdict and post-trial motions. Develop and execute sophisticated trial strategies for high-value, sensitive matters. Manage discovery, draft and argue motions, and oversee all trial preparation. Serve as first chair in court, presenting cases before judges and juries. Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and client service. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school; active member in good standing with the California Bar. Minimum of 6 years’ experience as lead or co-lead counsel in complex trials, with a focus on white glove, high-profile, or high-net-worth client matters. Demonstrated success in the courtroom, including multiple first-chair trial experiences. Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills. Strong leadership, case management, and client relations abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $160,000–$200,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
