Posted Job Title: Research Administrative Coordinator Job Profile Title: Research Administrative Coordinator Job Description Summary: This position coordinates research administrative activities in support of the principal investigator, project manager and other key stakeholders. May provide support for multi-year grant proposals and renewal process. Will coordinate data collection, quality control, storage and management. Maintains database for efficient information management and reporting. Participates in research team meetings to problem solve follow-up challenges with the intent to improve the quality of data obtained. Participates in reporting and dissemination activities related to research findings. Assists with manuscript preparation and dissemination of results. May also coordinate special research projects and meetings as needed. Contingent upon funding. Job Responsibilities

Provide direct administrative support to the PI and oversee all lab operations and schedule lab meetings Manage select team members and coordinate the entire study team Recruit, schedule and run research subjects; execute subject payments Assist with IRB prep and grant prep Order supplies and maintain study databases; maintain lab documentation for best practices, publications, update website, etc. Document study procedures and maintain study documentation Perform literature searches Coordinate with internal and external researchers to organize project related activities in a team environment, tissue collection and processing for research activities, data collection and anonymization of patient health information, data entry, perform standard histology related functions, assist in the maintenance of the specimen inventory systems (labels, barcoding and freezer management) for biospecimens, shipping and receiving of human biosamples, rotation in specimen collection and activities at several collection locations, other duties and responsibilities as assigned Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications

High School Grad/GE Degree and 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Job Location

$19.23 - $23.16 Hourly Rate Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they relate to the requirements of the position, and in alignment with salary ranges based on external market data for the job’s level.
