Job Summary
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for representing creditors in bankruptcy and insolvency matters. This role requires bar admission in Georgia, strong knowledge of secured creditor issues, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload while providing exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and file bankruptcy-related pleadings with CM/ECF filing credentials. Represent creditors in bankruptcy/insolvency matters, including secured creditor issues. Appear in bankruptcy, state, and federal courts throughout Georgia as required. Handle all aspects of case management, including motions, objections, settlements, and hearings. Provide consistent updates and legal counsel to clients. Manage deadlines, filings, and caseload priorities effectively. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Must Haves / Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Admission to the bar in Georgia (State, Federal, and Bankruptcy courts) with CM/ECF filing credentials. At least 2 years of experience representing creditors in bankruptcy/insolvency matters. Strong knowledge of secured creditor issues. Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel to courts throughout Georgia as needed. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a team environment with senior management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Additional Information
