What You Will Do
Collaborate with development team members through the lifecycle of a project or product
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines and track progress against the schedule to ensure timely completion
Create and facilitate requirements and logical design deliverables that are understandable to both business and technology stakeholders—deliverables may include requirements, use case diagrams, process flows, wireframes, and conceptual data models
Manage and execute test plan activities, including requirements-based test plans to assess the quality of digital project deliverables, and facilitate user acceptance testing
Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact
Facilitate user acceptance of technology products with internal and external clients
Perform risk-based assessments of new projects or in-flight projects to determine potential project issues
Develop long-term roadmaps describing delivery of large-scale solutions via a series of projects and incorporate application development best practices
Support the build of project approaches and proposals for opportunities with new clients
Work within an agile environment to aid in the delivery of a managed service defined by the Architect or Project Manager
Collaborate with customers and lead or support day-to-day sprint activities
Understand business processes and act as liaison between business stakeholders and the development team
Identify additional areas within the business that can be impacted for future projects
Successful Candidates Will Have
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, engineering, computer science, management information systems, or related field
Minimum of one (1) year of related experience; previous related industry and consulting experience highly preferred
Related experience in financial services, higher education, manufacturing, distribution, and/or dealerships
Demonstrated management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills; highly developed Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Ability to collaborate well with others, provide exceptional client service, stay current with applicable strategies, see the big picture as well as the details, and commit to quality and timely completion
Project experience with full lifecycle application development (requirements gathering, use case development, system analysis and design, integration, testing, deployment)
Flexibility to travel to client site as needed and to work outside of normal business hours due to client demands
The compensation range for this role is $81,830 to $177,310. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
