In this position, you’ll take ownership of payroll operations while also supporting broader People initiatives like benefits, compliance, onboarding, and HRIS administration. You’ll collaborate with partners across our corporate and hub locations, champion best practices, and continuously look for ways to improve efficiency. What you’ll do: Oversee all payroll-related functions for 150+ employees, including but not limited to processing new hires, termination status changes, reporting, compliance, tax changes, wage garnishments, deductions, and direct deposit Assist with HR-related responsibilities including benefits and open enrollment, workers compensation and unemployment claims, compliance reporting, HRIS onboarding, leave administration and other tasks as needed Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses and commissions accurately and timely Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processes Assist with providing payroll data for management including month-end and accounting reports Stay updated on latest payroll software and technology trends, compliance with tax laws and deductions, including Social Security and Medicare Manage contractor management platform and onboard contractors, keep data updated, as well as process monthly invoices for payment Support global payroll platform and onboard international employees What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent 4+ years related experience or equivalent Experience in doing a hybrid role that requires both HR and Payroll expertise Ability to handle sensitive information and ensure confidentiality Detail-oriented and high attention to detail Proficient on ADP Workforce Now or ADP Total Source. ADP TeamPay is a plus.
