Watson-Marlow - North America . Location: Wilmington, MA. Role focuses on accurate and compliant payroll processing, working within the Finance team and assisting Accounts Payable as needed. This position requires integrity, regulatory awareness, and collaboration with HR and Compliance to ensure timely payroll and accurate payroll data. What You’ll Be Doing

Payroll Processing: Run bi-weekly payroll for 250+ employees using ADP WFN, maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. Serve as the knowledge expert for payroll questions. Deductions and Benefits: Manage 401(k) deductions and audits, assist HR with medical deduction accuracy, and ensure timely submissions. Record Keeping: Maintain payroll databases and employee pay information within internal controls; analyze payroll data with Excel for accuracy. Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports to Finance and Managers; ensure quarterly and annual reporting deadlines are met. Employee Support: Respond to employee pay-related questions and concerns. Compliance: Work with the Compliance Lead on withholding submissions, regulatory changes, and garnishments in ADP. System Upgrades: Support future payroll system upgrades and integrations. Accounts Payable: Provide temporary coverage for Accounts Payable during absences. Physical Requirements: Perform essential duties with accommodations as needed to ensure accessibility. HR professionals to align payroll with HR processes. External payroll service providers for accurate and timely processing. Finance teams for financial reporting and budgeting coordination. Department managers for payroll-related inquiries and support. External regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with payroll laws. Employees for payroll-related communications. What You’ll Need to Be Successful

Payroll Expertise: Proficiency in payroll administration, T&A, taxation, and compliance; ADP WFN experience preferred. Attention to detail: Ability to process bi-weekly payroll accurately under time constraints. Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret payroll data and ensure accuracy and compliance. Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. Problem-Solving: Proactive in addressing payroll challenges and driving process improvements in a collaborative environment. Physical Demands

Prolonged sitting at a desk; ability to lift up to 10 pounds; occasional movement as needed. Vision and Hearing: Use of computer and ability to read documents; effective communication with colleagues. Work Environment: Typical office setting with standard equipment; accommodations available.
