Participate in the firm\'s mentorship and professional development programs designed to support lateral associates. Qualifications
3-6 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and corporate law, including transactions involving alternative entities. Strong understanding of Delaware corporate law and governance issues. Proven ability to handle complex legal matters in a fast-paced environment. Excellent analytical, communication, and drafting skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Education
J.D. from an accredited law school. Certifications
Admission to the Delaware Bar or eligibility for immediate admission to the Delaware Bar. Skills
