We are a dynamic and highly regarded law firm located in downtown San Diego, seeking a Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 7 years of experience to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys on high-stakes, complex commercial litigation and business disputes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Base pay range: $105,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr. Base salary range: $100,000 - $125,000, depending on experience. Discretionary bonuses and career advancement opportunities available. Position

Litigation Paralegal — Downtown San Diego Office Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including preparing for and attending trials and arbitrations Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis Manage case files and maintain case deadlines Utilize document review platforms such as DISCO and Relativity for discovery and evidence management Coordinate and support complex e-discovery processes Collaborate with internal legal teams and external parties with professionalism and efficiency Qualifications / Attractiveness

Minimum 7 years of civil litigation and trial experience Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program Top-tier academic credentials Exceptional written, analytical, and communication skills Strong references from current and former colleagues Experience handling complex cases and working under pressure Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience managing deadlines and multitasking in a deadline-driven environment Full-time, hybrid schedule (in-office and remote work) Based in our San Diego office Some travel may be required Overtime required during trial preparation and active trial periods EEO Statement
