Branch Office Administrator (BOA)
role supporting financial advisors to help clients achieve long-term financial goals. The BOA provides administrative support to a financial advisor or a team of advisors. We serve over nine million clients and value diverse experiences and viewpoints to help achieve results. Role Summary: As a Branch Office Administrator, you will provide seamless support to clients, assist with client accounts, facilitate communication, and help ensure a positive client experience. Client Service:
Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members. Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial services industry. Include account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor. Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle scheduling, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence and support marketing initiatives. Update SOPs and support the branch business plan. Technology:
Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office products and other firm-provided software. Company Description
