Corporate Tools in Post Falls, Idaho is adding another Human Resources Business Partner to our team. You will join a team of other HR Partners and start off supporting a client group of about 300 employees and leaders. Expect for this number to continue to grow. We’re not looking for just any HR Partner, more of an HR rebel. For you, common sense rules over unnecessary processes and policies. We do what makes sense, while being legally compliant, but not getting tangled up in the corporate HR mumbo jumbo. What exactly is HR mumbo jumbo? How about those 500 page employee manuals that outline every single rule for every single possible situation that could occur. Yeah, that’s not us. HR rebels… read on. Training and onboarding takes place in office. After the first 60 days or so, you will have the flexibility to work 2-ish days from home. Wage $90,000/year Benefits

Primary focus is our employees. Connect and collaborate daily with employees both remote and in-person. Be a resource and an advocate Handle employment-related inquiries from employees, candidates, leadership and external personnel Lead new hire on-boarding by administering paperwork, conducting training and collecting employment documents and other information as needed Stay up-to-date with federal, state and local employment laws and recommend best practices as they relate to policies and procedures Provide support to employees and leadership in various HR-related topics such as leaves, performance management, conflict resolution and other situations as they arise Work on special projects related to benefit offerings, compliance and other areas Champion the culture of the company - ensuring that their unique voices, perspectives, and challenges are heard Requirements
8+ years of progressive human resources experience Comprehensive knowledge and skills in compensation strategies and practices, organization assessment, planning, design and development Experience maintaining compliance with state employment law for multiple states and building out policy, process, and best practices that help others do so Experience providing HR support to employees during periods of organizational change Ability to effectively work independently but can also collaborate with a team when needed. Takes initiative to complete tasks and improve processes SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred Experience working in Product Organized structure with two week sprint cycles; experience with Confluence and Jira is preferred but not required Demonstrated experience building relationships with employees, managers and stakeholders to collaborate across multiple teams in multiple locations Experience establishing programs and leading them end-to-end while scaling for growth A master multi-tasker and enjoy wearing all the HR hats Proven ability to conduct employee relations investigations and provide appropriate recommendations and administer/manage all employee leaves Job details
