Responsibilities
Our Sales Consultants will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts.
Follow a proven sales process that leads to a six-figure income.
Work weekends and some holidays as needed.
Follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition.
Qualifications
One to two years of new home sales experience.
Ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills both one-on-one and in front of large groups.
Valid driver's license.
Real Estate License is required.
Compensation and Benefits An estimated annual compensation of $155,000 - $175,000 (base salary of $40K/year plus commission and incentives) and extensive benefits—including medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan.
