Learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts. Follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and assess area competition. Qualifications
One to two years of new home sales experience. Ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills — both one-on-one and in front of large groups. Valid driver's license. Real Estate License required. Compensation and Benefits
Estimated annual compensation: $155,000 - $175,000 (base salary of $40,000/year plus commission and incentives) and extensive benefits—including medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan. Travel
Job travel: 10%. Company
