Plan and conduct studies that impact HR programs, deliver data reports and presentations to senior leaders, and create innovative strategies to support CalPERS’ strategic objectives and Workforce Plan. Design and maintain Power BI dashboards (including Power Query) and possess advanced knowledge of Excel. Collaborate with team members and leadership at all levels and communicate findings clearly. Qualifications
Extensive experience working with data, advanced knowledge of Excel, and expertise in designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards (including Power Query). Strong communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to conduct both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: All experience and education relating to the MQs listed on the Classification Specification should be included in your application package. If using education to meet MQs, include transcripts. If you have a degree from outside the United States, submit an evaluation of the degree to determine US equivalency. You may need to pass an examination to establish list eligibility prior to a final offer of employment. See CalHR’s CalCareers website for details. Salary and Benefits
Base pay range: $6,647.00 - $8,325.00 A per month. New to State candidates will be hired into the minimum salary of the classification or minimum of alternate range when applicable. Additional Information
