Salary ranges: $3,861.00 - $4,839.00 A; $4,181.00 - $5,233.00 B; $5,014.00 - $6,276.00 C. New to State candidates will be hired at the minimum of the classification or the minimum of the applicable range when appropriate. Responsibilities

The Administrative Analyst will perform administrative functions in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Administrative Services Unit. The role involves tracking the division’s budgets, coordinating and monitoring the Financial Office’s contracts, and providing backup support to other analysts in the unit, including but not limited to the Human Resources Liaison, the Division Furniture and Space Planning Coordinator, and the PC contact. The Administrative Analyst will work with the Staff Services Manager II to support budget tracking and related tasks. Special Requirements and Qualifications

Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is required for the hiring manager’s review. The SOQ must be titled “Statement of Qualifications,” with responses numbered and listing all relevant experience, education, and training. The SOQ must not exceed two pages in length and must use 11-point Arial font. Applications received without an SOQ will not be considered. Minimum Qualifications: All experience and education relating to the MQs listed on the Classification Specification should be included in the application to demonstrate how you meet the MQs. If using education to meet MQs, include transcripts. If degree is from outside the United States, an evaluation for US equivalency is required.
