We are looking for Nursing Assistant CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR - Day AND Evening Session(s). This individual will conduct, evaluate, and reinforce the skills needed to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. You will be responsible for providing guidance and information that will meet standardized requirements for Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aides based on industry standards. Ensure that students achieve the soft skills and technical skills that lead to employability while at a clinical site. Must be Passionate, Driven, Engaging, Dynamic and Focused on Students' success. Responsibilities

Is a team player, expresses enthusiasm for teaching and is willing to aid students in the learning process Supervises and provides feedback to students while at a clinical site Facilitate class discussions Performs related duties such as advising students on academic and vocational curricula and acting as adviser to student organizations Ensure student\'s conceptual understanding of employability skills Prepare students to sit for the CNA by the time they complete the program Research, update and augment lecture material and lab skills Actively participate in faculty staff meetings and in-service trainings Directly supervise daily activities and tasks of students Promote skills through demonstration and repetition Organize and monitor field trips, guest speakers and other approved curriculum enhancements Track and advise students of their academic and attendance progress Assess student achievement and ensure accuracy of all student records Utilizes different methodologies of teaching to prepare different kinds of learners and fulfill expected student outcomes Fosters supportive educational environment Utilizes different methodologies of teaching to prepare various kinds of learners and fulfill expected student outcomes Follows institution's policies and procedures as stated on faculty handbook and catalog Participates in faculty meetings and collaborates with Director of Education in improvement plan set by institution Follow State requirements for Continuing Education Units. Actively support campus initiatives, company policies and procedures, and student outcomes Qualifications

5 or more years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience Teaching experience preferred. Program is delivered synchronous on Campus Proven track record of successfully preparing students to earn the CNA Fluent in English BLS/CPR Current LPN or RN Seniority level
