Responsibilities for the Laboratory Technician include:
Quality Control (QC) testing to support the organization’s products Performing ELISA assays, Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) testing, cell cultures, and other laboratory tests Precisely pipetting small sample volumes Adheres to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assists in developing and implementing updated SOP guidelines Performs various statistical analyses, utilizing programs such as SPSS and SAS Updates and maintains records in the data system Performs routine laboratory maintenance
Qualifications for the Laboratory Technician include:
0-2 years of relevant laboratory experience Bachelor’s of Science Degree (BS) in a related field is preferred. Minimum of Associate's degree (AAS) or equivalent industry experience is required.
Compensation for the Laboratory Technician includes:
Salary Range: approximately $17.00 - $20.00 hourly, commensurate of experience Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, ADP 401k, Sick leave as required by law
