8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. Must have at least 12 months of Home Health experience with 12 months within the past 3 years. Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) is required from any number of months. Experience with Oasis is required from any number of months. Requirements Candidates must have a license (required for submission). Local & travel allowed. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Geriatric Unit/Facility Details:
System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles. Special Requests:
