Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Content Planning: Plan and publish daily/weekly content aligned with campaigns, events, and product launches.

Content Production: Collaborate with Creative and Video to deliver social-first content (short-form video, reels, graphics).

Community Management: Monitor engagement, respond to community interactions, and build Granum’s digital presence.

Analytics: Track and report social metrics tied to awareness, engagement, and pipeline contribution.

Brand Ambassador Program:

Build and manage Granum’s Brand Ambassador program; recruit, contract, and onboard influencers and industry advocates; negotiate deliverables and incentives; coordinate ambassador involvement in events, webinars, podcasts, and product launches; run ongoing ambassador engagement; track ROI of ambassador activity (reach, engagement, UTM/codes → MQLs, SALs, logos).

Collaboration:

Partner with Partner Programs Manager to align ambassador activities with broader ecosystem strategy; work with Brand Experience Manager to integrate ambassadors into events and activations; support Demand Gen and Product Marketing by fueling campaigns with ambassador and social content.

Success Metrics:

Social reach, engagement, community growth; logos influenced by ambassador campaigns; ambassador deliverables completed on time and on brand; exclusivity across ambassador roster; contribution of social + ambassador content to pipeline.

Qualifications:

4–6 years in social media, influencer, or community marketing roles (B2B or SaaS preferred); proven experience growing and managing social channels with measurable results; strong background in influencer/ambassador program management (contracts, incentives, ROI); excellent storytelling and content instincts for digital-first formats; strong relationship-building and negotiation skills; analytical skills to connect social metrics to business outcomes; comfortable with frequent travel.

Location & Reporting:

Remote-first, North America-based; Reports to EVP, Brand & Ecosystem.
