Entry-level Civil Engineer - Airports/ Aviation Infrastructure | Jacobs | Cary, North Carolina Base pay range: $58,656.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr. Jacobs is seeking an entry-level civil engineer to join our Airports/ Aviation Infrastructure team in Cary, NC, working on projects that bring innovative solutions to clients locally and worldwide. This is an opportunity to contribute to large-scale airport infrastructure projects and develop civil engineering expertise while solving a range of problems using standard procedures. Responsibilities

Assist in the design of airfield pavements, including runways, taxiways, and aprons Support the development of airport terminal area plans and landside facilities Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and design documentation for aviation projects Participate in site visits to assess existing airport conditions and collect data for project planning Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program Coursework related to transportation engineering and airport planning Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and ArcGIS Preferred/Ideal

Familiarity with FAA design standards and regulations Previous internship with an airport authority or engineering consultant focused on aviation projects Engineer In Training (EIT) Certificate or ability to obtain within 6 months Employment details
