Job Title: Senior Organizational Change Manager Location: Onsite in Phoenix – 4 days/week Type: Contract (12–18 months) About the Role:

We are seeking a senior-level Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to support a large-scale Zero Trust cybersecurity program. This is a newly-created hands-on role embedded within an established program, focused on driving adoption, alignment, and sustained change across a complex enterprise environment. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with a strong track record in large, complex enterprise programs. Demonstrated experience supporting

cybersecurity, IAM, or network security initiatives. Experience working within or alongside

Zero Trust program s or frameworks. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to assess, organize, and drive change in fast-paced, matrixed environments. Preferred Qualifications: Prosci certification or equivalent in change management methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute OCM activities tied to a multi-year Zero Trust initiative. Assess current state of change readiness and define target state across people, process, and technology dimensions. Develop and implement change strategies including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, success metrics, and reinforcement plans (e.g., using the ADKAR model). Partner closely with program leadership, cybersecurity, IAM, and networking teams to align change efforts with technical execution. Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear, actionable change plans for business -and technical audiences. Regulate and mature existing OCM activities at the program level (not just project level). Collaborate with a program manager and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive delivery and adoption. Lead and execute—this is not just a planning role. Base pay range:
