Epic Data Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Senior Data Engineer to support advanced data solutions within Epic’s ecosystem. This role focuses on architecture, pipeline development, and optimizing data flows to support analytics and reporting. What You’ll Do: Design data architecture using Epic Clarity and Caboodle. Build and maintain Epic EMR data models. Lead junior engineers on pipeline and integration projects. Develop secure, reliable pipelines across on-prem and cloud environments. Use APIs and event-driven frameworks to extract data from diverse sources. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable data products. Recommend new data sources and optimize transformation processes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in new and existing solutions. Participate in on-call support rotation. Direct-hire, fully remote position. Must reside in GA, AL, FL, NC, SC, TN, TX, WI, IN, VA, or OH. Expertise in data warehousing, Data Lake, ETL/ELT. Epic certifications: Caboodle, Clarity, Revenue, Cogito. Proficient with SSIS/SSAS and Power BI semantic models. Experience with clinical and claims data, Epic models, and Arcadia. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Must pass background and drug screening. We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000.00-$200,000.00 and strong benefits including medical insurance, vision insurance, and 401(k).
