What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with a team to create, implement, and evaluate test scenarios for the USPS Product Tracking and Reporting System

Gather, document, and analyze software requirements from stakeholders

Create and maintain IT documentation for customer systems

Design, write, and execute test cases based on business requirements

Present test results to customers, developers, and stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or a related field

Five to eight (5-8) years of professional experience in software testing

Demonstrated experience in agile software testing

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manipulate and analyze data using Excel or other tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Basic understanding of Python, C#, HTMO, ASP.NET, and JavaScript

Intermediate understanding of SQL

Working knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

Experience testing web and native mobile applications

Familiarity with formal task and ticketing applications such as Atlassian JIRA or Bugzilla
