What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Elicit requirements and analyze feasibility to ensure solutions achieve expected business outcomes

Support various project teams throughout the project lifecycle to align development with business requirements

Develop informative and usable project documents for multiple stakeholders covering functional and non-functional business needs

Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations while solving strategic problems

Build test cases to validate business requirements and End-User Testing results

What is Required (Qualifications)

Over 10 years of experience in financial services, specifically in mortgage lending

Foundational proficiency in Agile Delivery, JIRA, data analysis, and learning agility

Intermediate proficiency in process improvement, stakeholder analysis, and digital fluency

Advanced proficiency in business requirements definition and functional analysis

Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Extensive knowledge of business architecture frameworks and systems thinking

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in collaboration and teamwork within diverse environments
